Mexico City, October 29, 2025 – Orbia informs that Fitch Ratings has modified OrbIa’s credit ratings as follows: Long term Foreign and Local Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR): From BBB to BBB-; Senior Unsecured Notes: From BBB to BBB-; National Scale Long Term Rating: From AAA to AA+; Local bond issuances: From AAA to AA+. Mexico City, October 22, 2025 – Today Orbia released unaudited results for the third quarter of 2025. Orbia delivered revenues of $1.97 billion and EBITDA of $295 million for the quarter. Mexico City, October 21, 2025 – Orbia informs that on October 21, 2025, the credit rating agency Moody’s Ratings changed Orbia’s credit ratings as follows: Senior unsecured debt rating downgraded from Baa3 to Ba1; Corporate Family Rating (CFR): assigned a Ba1 Corporate Family Rating to Orbia.
