Orbia Announces Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Financial Results

Mexico City, Febrary 24, 2026 – Orbia today released unaudited results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. Orbia delivered reported EBITDA of $227 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 and $1,020 million for the full year 2025. Orbia Reports on Fitch Credit Ratings Update

Mexico City, October 29, 2025 – Orbia informs that Fitch Ratings has modified OrbIa’s credit ratings as follows: Long term Foreign and Local Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR): From BBB to BBB-; Senior Unsecured Notes: From BBB to BBB-; National Scale Long Term Rating: From AAA to AA+; Local bond issuances: From AAA to AA+.
