The “World’s Best Employer” title is Forbes’ most prestigious international employer accolade. Forbes and market research firm Statista collected direct and indirect recommendations from 150,000 employees across 58 countries working for multinationals and institutions. The online survey considered aspects of employee experience including working conditions, compensation, potential for growth and diversity. Of the thousands of companies eligible for this recognition, only the top 750 were awarded with a listing.
