Sameer S. Bharadwaj most recently has served as President of Orbia’s Fluor & Energy Materials and Polymer Solutions business groups, a set of businesses that are leaders in advancing lives through basic materials and advanced materials, formulated solutions and services in a diverse set of end markets.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sameer is a proven strategic leader with a track record of fostering business growth through technology-led innovation, operational excellence and talent development across the advanced materials, technology, energy and pharmaceutical industries.
Since joining Orbia in 2016 to lead the compounds business group, Sameer has assumed leadership of the Alphagary, Koura and Vestolit commercial brands and brought Orbia’s fluorine-based and PVC and vinyl polymer compound solution portfolios to competitive market positions and his global teams to high levels of performance. Prior to joining Orbia, Sameer held numerous executive leadership positions over the course of an 11-year tenure at Cabot Corporation, most recently as Vice President and General Manager, where he steered go-to-market strategy and commercialization of new technologies with a key focus in the energy and materials spaces. Before that, Sameer worked as a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, where he served clients in the metals, telecommunications, technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He started his career as a senior research engineer at The Dow Chemical Company.
Sameer has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Ph.D in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Bombay.

Nicholas P. Ballas (Nick) is the Executive Vice President and President of Orbia Polymer Solutions and leads a global business group of advanced materials and formulated solutions units. Polymer Solutions delivers general and specialty PVC and compounds that serve a wide range of industries, enable essential products and infrastructure and advance life around the world.
Nick is an accomplished global executive with deep experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. He is recognized for developing and executing strategy, strengthening operational performance and delivering sustainable top- and bottom-line results across complex international organizations.
Prior to joining Orbia in 2020, Nick served for eight years as Executive Vice President of Nexans SA, a worldwide leader in the cable industry, where he led the Asia Pacific business division. He also served as a director of the Nexans Foundation, helping guide initiatives to expand access to electricity to underserved communities worldwide. Prior to joining Nexans, Nick spent 22 years at Cabot Corporation, where he played a key role in building the company’s Asia Pacific business.
Nick served as an independent director on the board of Singapore-based Samudera Shipping Line from 2010 to 2024.

Nick is an accomplished global executive with deep experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. He is recognized for developing and executing strategy, strengthening operational performance and delivering sustainable top- and bottom-line results across complex international organizations.
Prior to joining Orbia in 2020, Nick served for eight years as Executive Vice President of Nexans SA, a worldwide leader in the cable industry, where he led the Asia Pacific business division. Freek brings leadership acumen and a drive for results to his role as President of Orbia Building & Infrastructure. Since joining Orbia B&I in 2019 as President of APAC, Freek has held progressive leadership roles spanning general management, mergers and acquisitions and new business, including most recently the position of General Manager of EMEA and APAC: a position he maintains in addition to his role as President. Over the course of 17 years, Gaby gained deep knowledge of Netafim’s global customer base and agriculture markets spanning geographies from holding positions including Chief Financial Officer for Latin America, Managing Director of Netafim Mexico, Vice President of the Americas, Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and most recently as Senior Vice President and President of the Americas at Netafim.

With more than 25 years of experience, Deb is an accomplished human resources leader, team builder and culture steward who brings a pragmatic and creative approach to driving business value. Having worked across the technology, consulting, life sciences and now industrial sectors in a global capacity, Deb has expertise in talent attraction and retention, acquisition integrations, executive and employee compensation models and supporting transformational performance and change management initiatives. Prior to joining Orbia, Deb served as PerkinElmer’s global CHRO and was the architect behind the company’s people strategy. Prior to PerkinElmer, Deb spent 17 years with IBM, living and working in both the U.S and Europe in leadership roles where she enhanced the company’s global HR programs and led an enterprise-wide talent transformation. Deb started her career in a software start up with Lotus Development in 1991, where she held progressive leadership roles until IBM acquired Lotus in 1999.

He has expertise in establishing best-in-class finance systems, processes and fundamentals that enhance organizational resilience and support growth.
Prior to joining Orbia, Jim held a variety of senior positions, most recently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Cabot Corporation, where he oversaw all reporting and internal control activities, finance process improvements and facilitation of Cabot’s Audit Committee activities. Over the course of his career, Jim lived and worked across several continents and steered teams in corporate reporting, business financial planning and analysis, investor relations and internal audit.

Andrea is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience leading global teams through complex change and transformation across multiple industries. His leadership is anchored in empowering stakeholders, fostering collaboration and aligning technology with strategic business goals.
Before stepping into the CIO role, Andrea served in the dual role of Orbia’s Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Global Infrastructure, through which he supported the optimization of Orbia’s IT infrastructure and global service delivery operating model and built a world-class cybersecurity function from the ground up. Prior to Orbia, he held leadership roles at organizations including General Electric, KPMG, Heineken, and Cargill, where he played a pivotal role in IT modernization, cybersecurity strategy and global operations.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management.

Rabasa Kovacs
In her multifaceted role, Tania is responsible for steering Orbia’s sustainability agenda to achieve a net positive impact, overseeing corporate affairs and enhancing Orbia’s presence in Mexico as a key strategic hub for the company. As CSO, Tania guides Orbia’s global strategy and programming with a focus on decarbonization, water management and the circular economy as well as leads the integration of net-zero and net water positive targets across Orbia’s five business groups. As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Tania manages the Board of Directors’ processes as well as corporate, regulatory and public activities. As President of Orbia Mexico, Tania serves as Orbia’s ambassador in facilitating relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Orbia, Tania held public sector roles at Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), its trading and marketing entity CFEnergía and PEMEX, where she focused on energy transitions and strategy. In the private sector, she worked at Solana Consultores, where she developed sustainable development approaches aligned to business goals. In her multifaceted role, Tania is responsible for steering Orbia’s sustainability agenda to achieve a net positive impact, overseeing corporate affairs and enhancing Orbia’s presence in Mexico as a key strategic hub for the company. As CSO, Tania guides Orbia’s global strategy and programming with a focus on decarbonization, water management and the circular economy as well as leads the integration of net-zero and net water positive targets across Orbia’s five business groups. As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Tania manages the Board of Directors’ processes as well as corporate, regulatory and public activities. As President of Orbia Mexico, Tania serves as Orbia’s ambassador in facilitating relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Orbia, Tania held public sector roles at Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), its trading and marketing entity CFEnergía and PEMEX, where she focused on energy transitions and strategy. In the private sector, she worked at Solana Consultores, where she developed sustainable development approaches aligned to business goals. Jorge Luis is the Corporate Vice President of Internal Audit. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, treasury, credit, risk assessment, auditing, and internal controls.
Before joining Orbia in 2008, he worked for companies including AVON, Becton Dickinson, DUPONT and Dow Chemical.
Jorge Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA from Universidad Iberoamericana. He also holds CIA and CSA certificates accredited by the Florida Institute of Internal Auditors.
