About our guest speaker

Dr. Ning Li is the Co-founder & CEO of NovoLINC. She worked for 18 years in advanced technology and new product development at Seagate Technology, a leading global hard disk and data storage company. There, she led the cross-functional engineering team through the full development lifecycle of a critical enterprise product, from advanced technology demonstration to high-volume manufacturing overseas, ultimately driving over $1B in revenue. In 2016, she co-founded Petuum, an AI platform startup, which raised over $100M in venture funding and scaled to 100 full-time employees within 18 months. Since 2019, she has also served as a Venture Partner at Foothill Ventures, supporting early-stage investments in transformative technologies. Between 2021 and 2024, she led the development of digital surgery and surgical AI solutions for Genesis Medtech. She holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Rice University and an EMBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson Business School.
